1983-1987 - study at the republican art college under the direction of V. Petrov, M. Umarov (Tashkent).
1987-1995 - study at the National institute of Art and Design named- K.Bekhzod under the direction of G.Kadirov, R.Khudaybergenov (Tashkent).
1995 - Presentation of diploma work on theme "Collapse of Great Empire" wall-painting made in the interior of the National institute of Art and Design named K. Bekhzod (Tashkent).
1995 - Republican exhibition of students' diploma works central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Art of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
1995 - monumental wall-paintings "Paradise garden" and "Royal hunting" made at the foyer of "Alpomish" Sport Palace (Tashkent).
1996 - monumental wall-paintings "Sport games of Ancient Bactria" made at the foyer of the museum of Olympic Glory (Tashkent). 1996 - Paintings "The victory of Amir Temur on Tukhtamish" and "Samarkand Bazaar" made for the State Museum History of Temurids (Tashkent). 1996 - Participation at the exhibition dedicated to the 660th anniversary of Amir Temir at UNESCO (Paris, France).
1996 - Painting "Battle for Banner" made for the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent). 1996 - Awarded with "Shukhrat" medal.
1997 - Participation at International exhibition "Asia-Art", Tashkent. 1997 - Member of the Academy of Art of Uzbekistan.
1997 - Monumental wall-painting "Tales of the peoples of-the world" made at the foyer of the Republican young people's theater (Tashkent) 1997-1998 - Monumental wall painting "Submarine world" and the series of dioramas made for new zoo (Tashkent).
1998 - Painting "Portrait of Mukhammad Sultan" made for the state Museum History of Temurids (Tashkent).
1998 - Participation at symposium and exhibition of Turkic artists (Baku, Azerbaijan).
1999 - Monumental painting "The great people of Uzbekistan" made at the foyer of the administrative building of the city hall of Tashkent. 1999 - Republican youth exhibition (central Exhibition Hall of the Academy of Art of Uzbekistan, Tashkent.
1999 - Painting "Seizure of Fortress" made for the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent).
2000 - Monumental painting "Popular uprising" made at the People's History museum of Uzbekistan, Tashkent).
2000 - Symposium and exhibition at Macedonia (Ohrid).
2000 - Painting "For Motherland" made for the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent).
2000 - Personal exhibition ar the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Washington (USA).
2000- Member of international Association of writers and artists (Ohio, USA).
2001 - Personal exhibition at the "Ramadan" gallery (Cairo, Egypt).
2001 - Participation at the First international Tashkent Biennale.
2001 - Awarded with golden medal of the Academy of Art of Uzbekistan
2001 - Participation at joint Uzbek-American project "Bridge, which constructs by the artists" and exhibition at Business centre (Tashkent).
2002 - Exhibition at the Gallery of world Bank under the sponsorship of British American Tobacco Uzbekistan (Washington, USA).
2002 - Monumental wall-painting "Amir Temur in the world history" made at the state Museum of History of Uzbekistan (Tashkent).
2003 - Awarded with title "Honored Art worker" of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2003 - Personal exhibition "Past Days" at the Indian cultural centre (Tashkent).
2003 - Joint Uzbek-Austria project "common space" (Tashkent).
2003-2004 - Participation at the International project,"Ethnographic portrait of contemporary" (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).
2004 - Participation at joint Uzbek-Austrian exhibition at the gallery "M-Art" under the sponsorship of British American Tobacco Uzbekistan (Viena, Austria).
2005 - Stained-glass window "To the light" was created at the interior of senate of the Republic of Uzbekistan. (Performer JC "Sovplastital"). 
2005 - Participation at Art festival at cultural centre named M. K. Ataturk (Ankara, Turkey).

Works of Alisher Alikulov are at Unesco, museums of Uzbekistan, Gallery of National bank of Uzbekistan (NBU), private collections of USA, Spain, Belgium, France, South African Republic, Egypt, Korea, Turkey, Macedonia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and others.
